Terms of Service for Enfue

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing or using the Enfue Slack application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Enfue is a Slack application that helps teams manage projects and tickets directly within Slack. The App delivers automated
notifications and updates to your Slack workspace via Incoming Webhooks to keep your team informed about project activity.

3. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

Enfue respects your privacy. Regarding data from Slack:

– The App uses Incoming Webhooks only to send messages into your Slack workspace.
– The App does NOT read, store, or process any Slack messages, user profiles, or channel content.
– The App does NOT collect personal data from Slack users beyond what is necessary to deliver webhook notifications.
– Any data processed is solely used to provide the functionality of the App.

4. USE OF THE SERVICE

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

– Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the App.
– Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Enfue and its licensors.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enfue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
