The story begins with our founder, Huy Nguyễn, who returned from Europe to Da Nang with one simple belief: “I wanted to leave a tech imprint in my homeland.” From that decision grew a bigger dream – to build a platform like LinkedIn, but one designed for the unique needs and habits of Vietnamese people.

Tuoi Tre highlighted how Enfue uses AI across the recruitment process, from CV scoring and job matching with TalentSpike to managing the entire hiring flow with TalentFlow. More than just a tool for employers, Enfue is built to empower candidates. As the article notes: “Job seekers will not just stop at submitting a CV, but will be accompanied to upgrade their skills and access better opportunities.”
In just over a month of pilot testing, nearly 3,000 users and over 50 companies have already joined the platform – even before any major marketing campaigns. Universities, startups, and early partners have been quick to see the value. This is only the beginning, and as Tuổi Trẻ quoted: “This is just the start. On this path, there are no shortcuts. If you do it, you must go all the way.”
