You publish jobs and a careers page, applicants from your careers page and job boards arrive in one place, and your team reviews, interviews, evaluates and hires from the same workspace. The recruitment workflow product is called Talent Flow.

Interviewers and hiring managers take part with their own logins. enfue focuses on hiring: it keeps a simple record of the people you hire, but it isn't a payroll system or a staffing-agency tool for billing and timesheets.

Every job uses the same five stages: Applied, Matching Interview, Ability Interview, Offering and Hired. You can rename them to match how you hire, but you can't add more stages.

Yes. enfue works in the browser on desktops, laptops and phones, so hiring managers can check new applicants, interviews and evaluations on the go.

The app is available in English and Vietnamese, and search finds Vietnamese names and words even when they are typed without accents. You can also change the labels candidates see on your public job pages.

Every applicant gets a score out of 100 for how well they fit the job, built from five factors: skills match (up to 30 points), relevant experience (30), role fit (20), qualifications (10) and practical fit such as location and availability (10). A short AI summary explains strengths and gaps. You can sort applicants by score and read the breakdown, not just the number.

No. The AI helps you decide who to look at first and gives your team structured information. Your team makes the hiring decisions, and your interviewers' evaluations carry the most weight.

You can invite an applicant to a spoken online interview run by enfue's AI. It asks your company's questions, can ask follow-up questions, and scores the answers against the criteria and weights you set. Your team then reviews the results. Tell candidates the interview is spoken so they can find a quiet place with a microphone.

The AI match score, AI interviewer, AI interview recorder and AI chat bot are part of every plan. The AI also drafts job descriptions and powers Talent Discovery.

enfue does not search the web for candidates. It helps you work with the applicants you receive and the people already in your talent pools: Talent Discovery ranks past applicants for a new job, and you can add candidates who already have an enfue profile. ITviec and TopCV connect with your employer account login, and their applicants are brought in automatically. VietnamWorks, TopDev, CareerViet, Vieclam24h, Indeed, Glassdoor, Jobstreet and Seek send applications to each job's own enfue email address. You can also share jobs on LinkedIn, Facebook and Threads, use the job's application link in LinkedIn Jobs, and embed the application form on your website.

Interviews can be scheduled with a Microsoft Teams or Google Meet link, and the invitation goes out through Microsoft or Google. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook to see your meetings next to your interviews in enfue. Zoom is not supported.

Slack for notifications, LinkedIn, and the enfue Recruiter Chrome extension for adding candidates from LinkedIn while you browse. Custom job platform integrations are available on request.

Yes. You can import resume PDFs, a candidate spreadsheet, or a ZIP file of CVs and evaluations. After a large import, the job's Duplicates tab shows candidates who were already in enfue. Enterprise plans include data migration with premium support.

Add your company details and branding, invite your team, set your application form and stages, then publish your first job. The enfue documentation walks you through each step in English and Vietnamese.

Interviewers and hiring managers are part of every plan. Plan limits count recruiter and admin accounts and the number of applicants stored.
