As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally savvy Growth Hack Intern to help us engage users and grow our online community.

Responsibilities

Growth Hack Intern will support Business Development team:

- Reach out to professionals on LinkedIn and Facebook to introduce and invite them to join Enfue.
- Build meaningful online connections and nurture engagement with early users.
- Identify and experiment with growth tactics to attract professionals and organizations.
- Support community-building efforts and online campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Track outreach performance and user engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine user acquisition strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Passionate about social media, networking, and digital communities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.
Active on LinkedIn and/or Facebook, familiar with professional or recruitment communities.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about growth hacking and digital marketing.
Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields are welcome.
Ready to work for 3-6 months full time internship.
Bonus: Experience with CRM tools or online outreach tools
