1. What is Enfue?

Enfue is a project and ticket management platform that helps teams stay organized and productive. Our Slack integration delivers real-time notifications directly into your Slack workspace so your team never misses an update.

2. What does the Slack integration do?

The Enfue Slack app sends automated notifications to your
chosen Slack channels when key events happen in your projects,
such as:
– New tickets created
– Ticket status updates
– Task assignments
– Project activity alerts

3. How to Install

Step 1: Log in to your Enfue account at app.enfue.com

Step 2: Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack

Step 3: Click “Connect Slack”

Step 4: Authorize the app in your Slack workspace

Step 5: Choose which channel to receive notifications

Step 6: Done! You’ll start receiving updates in Slack.

Requirements

• An active Enfue account (sign up at enfue.com)
• A Slack workspace where you have permission to install apps
