Enfue (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in connection with our Slack application.

Our Slack app uses Incoming Webhooks only.

This means:
✅ We ONLY send notifications INTO your Slack workspace
❌ We do NOT read your Slack messages
❌ We do NOT access Slack user profiles
❌ We do NOT store any Slack channel content
❌ We do NOT collect personal data from Slack users

The only data we process is the content of the notifications we send (e.g., ticket updates from your Enfue account).

3. HOW WE USE DATA

Data is used solely to:
• Deliver project and ticket notifications to your
designated Slack channel
• Maintain the webhook connection between Enfue
and your Slack workspace

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with
third parties, except as required by law.

5. DATA RETENTION

Webhook configuration data is retained as long as the integration is active. You may disconnect the Slack integration at any time from your Enfue account settings, after which no further data will be transmitted.

6. SECURITY

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may disconnect the Slack integration at any time. To request deletion of any stored data, contact us at: support@enfue.com

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time.
