A: Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack in your Enfue account and click “Disconnect”.

 

Q: What notifications does the app send?

A: Ticket updates, new jobs created.

 

Q: Does the app read my Slack messages?

A: No. The app only sends notifications into Slack via Incoming Webhooks. It cannot read any messages or access user data.
