Description

We have recently launched a new SaaS: enfue (https://enfue.com), a smarter, faster, more intuitive recruitment platform for modern teams, where AI meets simplicity.

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Intern to embark on the journey with us and take part in the development team.

You have to demonstrate good English communication skills, and have a knack for managing your time and priorities. Most of all, you thrive in a collaborative environment, you’re not afraid to learn new things, and you aim to have excellent work results. The perfect candidate will also have logical thinking as well as proactivity towards problems, passion for excellence and an open mind for learning.

Responsibilities

Support our team to build and promote a consistent brand image employer brand values to employees and candidates within Social Media pages (Facebook, Fanpage, LinkedIn, website.)
Creating content for the company across all marketing platforms and are required to articulate your ideas clearly
Assist in planning for and managing employer branding events for recruitment needs
Responsible for company images, videos, and media
Work with a broad variety of channels with a range of internal and external strategic employer branding communication plans/activities under guidelines
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the HOD and/or direct manager

Preferred Qualifications

Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students in (or relevant to) Marketing/ Business administration major; ready to work full-time 3-6 months with us
Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
Open-minded, self-motivated and eager to learn new things
Assertive and proactive towards problems
Can work mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work
Possess knowledge about research marketing
Proactive and passionate with marketing and/or employer branding
Design skills of using media publication (posters, banner, Powerpoint slides, ) on Canva, Photoshop, and AI
