Three ways to import

enfue imports the files you export, so any tool that can export candidates or CVs can move to enfue. It does not pull data straight from another system.

  • Resume PDFs

    Import CVs as .pdf files, one by one or bundled in a .zip file. enfue reads each CV and creates an applicant from it.

  • Candidate spreadsheet

    Import a list of candidates from a .csv, .xls or .xlsx file. Download the example template, copy your candidates into it and upload. You can invite them to join enfue and chat with you.

  • CVs and evaluations

    Bring candidates over together with your team's evaluations. Upload one .zip with a folder for each applicant, holding their CV as a PDF and an evaluation as a Word file.

How a move goes

    Export from your current tool

    Export your candidates as a spreadsheet or your CVs as files. Check the export options of the tool you use today.

  2. 2

    Choose a job and import

    Open Settings → Data Migration, or a job's Data Migration tab, pick the import type and upload your files.

  3. 3

    Check for duplicates

    After a large import, the job's Duplicates tab shows candidates who were already in enfue.

  4. 4

    Connect your job boards

    Link ITviec, TopCV and the other channels so new applicants keep arriving in the same list.

Common questions

Is data migration included in my plan?
Yes. Data migration is included in every plan, and Enterprise adds data migration with premium support.
Can enfue connect straight to my old system?
enfue imports files you export, so any tool that can export candidates or CVs can move to enfue. It does not pull data directly from another system.
What file types can I import?
Resume PDFs (.pdf or .zip), candidate spreadsheets (.csv, .xls, .xlsx) and a .zip of CVs with evaluations.
What if some candidates are already in enfue?
After a large import, open the job's Duplicates tab to see candidates who were already in enfue.
